Cooking With Colby Lacasse [VIDEO]
Blue Hill's Colby Lacasse is 11 years old, and will be appearing on the Food Network's Kid's Cooking Challenge, which premieres on Monday, January 4th at 8 p.m.
The initial episode is “Pie a la Mode” and the 10 kid bakers are working on creating the perfect pie and filling, when they’re challenged to also make a flavored ice cream from scratch!
I spent part of Saturday afternoon with Colby, as he prepared a delicious lemon lime pound cake with a lemon lime glaze! Here's the video as Colby prepared everything from scratch!
