The City of Ellsworth has advised us of the upcoming roadwork that will be happening in the City of Ellsworth October 24-November 4 and may affect your commute.

Please try to avoid the area but if you are in the area, please drive slowly and give the workers as much room as possible so they can complete their work in a safe and timely manner.

Friday 10/24 -Highway crews will be working on State Street by the courthouse…Both travel lanes will be open, please use caution in the work zone.

Tuesday, 10/28, highway crew will be working on Oak Street. Oak Street will be down to one lane alternating traffic between Davis Street and Park Street.

Monday, 11/3 and  Tuesday 11/4, Parks & Recreation crews will be planting trees along Foster Street and Washington Street. Foster Street will be down to one lane of alternating traffic.
