Ellsworth Line, Sidewalk and Crosswalk Painting to Begin July 6th

Beginning July 6th, Ellsworth's contractor will begin painting lines, sidewalks and crosswalks within the City of Ellsworth.

According to the press release issued by the City last week,

Beginning the week of July 6, 2026, the City’s contractor will begin repainting crosswalks, stop bars, directional arrows, parking lot lines, and other pavement markings throughout the community. The work will take place in various locations across the city and is expected to continue over the next several week

Please give the contractors plenty of room while they are applying a fresh coat of paint to these essential traffic control markings.
