
DaCorte Qualifies for 5 NCAA Swim Races This Past Weekend at MIT
Former MDI Trojan Lydia DaCorte had a weekend to remember for the Wheaton Lyons, qualifying for 5 races at the Division 3 NCAA Championships March 20-23, 2019. During the weekend she also set 2 school records!
DaCorte qualified with the "B Cut" in the 400 Individual Medley with a time of 2:25.41 which also was a school record. She also qualified in the 1650 Yard Freestyle with a time of 17:18.98, the 500 Yard Freestyle with a time of 4:56.54 and the 4X400 Freestyle Relay.
DaCorte also set the MIT Pool Record in the 500 Yard Freestyle with a time of 4:56.54 which was good enough for an "Invited Time" qualification for the NCAA Championships.
The Wheaton Women finshed 5th and are now off until January 10th when they host Clark
