Beyond "Africa" - Toto's Extensive Connection To American Music

Most people will name "Africa" first when they think of Toto songs - and for good reason. The song is RIAA Diamond certified, and has seen countless uses in media for decades, as well as revivals such as Weezer's cover (which featured Weird Al in the music video).

But songs like "Rosanna" and "Hold The Line" are also top contenders for the best Toto songs of all time - and cemented their sound as classic rock. And while only one of the original band members is left touring, Toto strives to carry on its sound and music for as long as possible.

It's only fitting that during their summer 2026 tour, Toto is pairing with the iconic sounds of Christopher Cross ("Sailing," "Ride Like The Wind") and The Romantics ("What I Like About You," "Talking in Your Sleep").
