Barker Makes Cut at Maine Amateur

MDI Girls Basketball Coach Brent Barker is quite the coach but he's a really good golfer, as his showing in the Maine Amateur taking place at Belgrade Country Club can attest.

After firing a 4 over par 75 on Day 1, on Tuesday July 10th, Barker came storming back on Wednesday July 11th, shooting a par 71, 1 of only 9 golfers to shoot par or better on Day 2.

After the 2nd day, Barker sits at +4, with a 2 day total of 146, in15th place. He sits 10 strokes off the lead.
