The MDI Boy's and Girl's Tennis Teams traveled down to Bates College on Tuesday morning, June 7th to play in the Northern Maine Class B Championships. The Boys defeated John Bapst 3-2 to win the Northern Maine Championship while the Girls fell to Waterville 2-3.

The MDI Boy's Tennis Team advanced to the Northern Maine Class B Finals after beating Presque Isle 5-0 at MDI on Monday, June 6th. They will play John Bapst the top-seed on Tuesday, June 7th at 8:30 at Bates College

The #5 seeded MDI Girl's Tennis Team upset the top-seeded Foxcroft Academy Ponies 3-2 in Dover Foxcroft Saturday morning to advance to the Northern Maine Class B Girl's Finals
