MDI Boy’s Tennis Team Advance to Northern Maine Finals After Beating Presque Isle 5-0

The MDI Boy's Tennis Team advanced to the Northern Maine Class B Finals after beating Presque Isle 5-0 at MDI on Monday, June 6th.

Here are the results

• 1st Singles Westy Granholm won 6-0, 6-1
• 2nd Singles Max Friedlander won 6-0, 6-0
• 3rd Singles Evan Ankrom won 6-4, 6-4
• 1st Doubles Jack Hodgdon and Jameson Weir won 6-4, 6-3,
• 2nd Doubles Treyan Nelson and Owen Kelly won 6-1, 6-0.

The #2 MDI Trojans will play the #1 John Bapst Crusaders at Bates College on Tuesday, June 7th at 8:30 a.m.

The #5 MDI Girl's Tennis Team is also playing in the Northern Maine Class B finals at Bates College on Tuesday, June 7th at 8:30 a.m. They will play #6 Waterville.
