Dunkin Comrades Beat Trenton Acadians 1-0 in Senior Legion Baseball Monday Night
The Dunkin Comrades beat the Trenton Acadians 1-0 in a pitchers duel on Monday night, June 29th in Senior Legion baseball.
The Comrades had 3 hits while Trenton managed just 2 hits.
Matt Turcotte started on the mound for the Comrades and pitched 4.2 innings allowing just 2 hits. He struck out 10 and walked 4. Blake Littlefield picked up the win in relief, pitching the final 2.1 innings. He struck out 5 and walked just 1.
Trent Goss was the tough-luck losing pitcher for the Acadians. He pitched a complete game allowing just 3 hits and 1 earned run. He struck out 14 and walked 1.
Aiden Ouellette, Jonas Gilley and Owen Glanville-True each had a single for the Comrades.
Goss and Deegan Scott each had a single for Trenton.
The Comrades are 4-1. They will play at Capital Area Senior Legion Shuman on Tuesday night, June 30th at 5:30 p.m.
