Boston Outslugged Lose to Orioles 15-10 [VIDEO]

Red Sox rookie pitcher Kutter Crawford had allowed 9 runs in his previous 4 starts. Friday night he was shelled, allowing 9 runs in 3.2 innings as the Baltimore Orioles outslugged Boston 15-10.

Boston actually outhit Baltimore 19-18, but the Orioles crushed 5 home runs in the game.

Jorge Mateo hit a 3-run 2-out homer in the 1st inning, his 12th of the season.

Anthony Santander was 3-5 driving in 4 runs. he hit his 21st homer in the 3rd inning.

Adley Rutschman was 3-5. He his his 8th homer, a 2-run, 2-out homer in the 4th inning.

Ryan Mountcastle hit his 17th homer, a 2-run 2-out shot, off of Hirakazu Sawamura in the 4th inning.

The final Oriole homer came from Ramon Urias, a solo homer, his 13th of the season in the 5th inning off of Ryan Brasier.

Tommy Pham was 2-4 for Boston with a pair of doubles, driving in 3 runs.

Rob Refsnyder was 3-4 with a pair of doubles, driving in a run.
