Red Sox Win 4th In a Row

Yes it's only Spring Training, I need to keep reminding myself, but it sure feels better to win the game than it does losing it! Yesterday the Boston Red Sox won their 4th game in a row, defeating the St. Louis Cardinals 3-0.

Lefty Wade Miley pitched 3 scoreless innings for the Red Sox. He threw 40 pitches, 23 of which were strikes and allowed 3 hits.Mookie Betts and Luke Montz drove in runs in the 7th to give the Sox a 2-0 lead and all the runs they would need in the win.

The Red Sox play another Spring Training game today, Tuesday March 10th at 1 PM, when they play the Tampa Bay Rays. Justin Masterson starts for the Red Sox, and Koji Uehara is scheduled to pitch for the second time this spring in relief. The next game broadcast on WDEA AM 1370 will be this Friday night, March 13th, when the Sox take on the Yankees at 7 PM.
