Meet Ellsworth Sgt Willey and Chase [VIDEO]

In the continuing series of Meet the Ellsworth Police Officer, WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with Sergeant Shawn Willey and his K-9 partner Chase. Sergeant Willey talked about Chase, his training and his responsibilities as the K-9 Officer.

Sergeant Willey talked about the specially modified car that he has, that allows Chase to be in the car in the summer months and in the cold in the winter. Willey and Chase also gave Popper a little demonstration of Chase's ability to find a knife and brass knuckles in a field.

Sergeant Willey was also "kind" enough to offer Popper the bite sleeve so he could experience what it would be like to be taken down by Chase, but in a rare moment of sanity, even though knowing that the video would instantly go viral.. Popper declined!
