As part of our continuing series of Meet the Ellsworth Police Department, WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with Detective Dotty Small. Detective Small has been with the Ellsworth Police Department for 34 years, and is the sole detective in the department, until January 2016 when Ellsworth will hire another detective.
