MDI Softball Shutout By Hermon 15-0

It was a tough afternoon for the MDI Softball Team as they were shutout by the Hermon Hawks in Hermon on Thursday, April 28th 15-0.

Madison Thornton pitched the first 3 innings and Lindsey McEachern pitched the final 2 innings for the Trojans. Hermon had 13 singles and 1 double

MDI managed 6 hits with Allie Bender having 2 singles. MDI stranded 8 baserunners in the 5 innings.

MDI is now 0-4 on the season and will play host to Presque Isle at home in a doubleheader at 12 Noon and 2 PM on Saturday April 30th.
