MDI Golf Finishes 7th in Class B Tourney Saturday Emily Carter 6th in Girls Flight

The MDI Golf Team finished 7th in the Class B State Tourney played at Natanis Golf Course in Vassalboro on Saturday, October 10th. Emily Carter finished 6th in the Girls Flight

Freeport won with a +36 to gross in the 18 hole tourney.

The finishing order was

• 4th - Leavitt - +54
• 5th - Oceanside - +69
• 6th - John Bapst - +83
• 7th - MDI - +86
• 8th - Belfast - +89
• 9th - Hermon - +104
• 10th - Gardiner - +114

Emily Carter finished 6th in the Girls Flight with a +26 98 for the 18 holes,

Ruby Haylock from Leavitt finished first in the Girls Flight with a +6 78. The winner of the Boy's flight was Matt Kempf with a +5 77
