MDI Boys Soccer Defeats Bucksport 4-1 [VIDEO]

The MDI Boys Varsity Soccer Team defeated Bucksport in Bucksport 4-1 on Wednesday, October 14th.

Thanks to Bucksport High School for broadcasting the game on Facebook and Rich Rotella with the play by play

MDI took a 2-0 lead at the end of the 1st half, with goals from Henry Lester and Finn Baker.

Bucksport scored off of a header to make the score 2-1 before  Ieuan Howell scored on a penalty kick after Zack Zaman was fouled in the box. That made the score 3-1.

Finally MDI scored their 4th goal when Zack Zaman found the back of the net on a nice thru ball by Cole Watson.

MDI is back in action on Tuesday, October 20th when they travel to Blue Hill to play the GSA Eagles at 4 p.m.
