The MDI Girls fell to the Hermon Hawks by the score of 2-0 on Thursday evening, October 15th in Bar Harbor.

Hermon took a 1-0 lead with 22:51 in the 1st Half when Chloe Raymond scored with an assist from Olivia Nash.

Hermon received an insurance goal with 15:42 remaining in the 2nd Half when MDI was whistled for a foul in the penalty box. Emi Higgins converted the penalty kick and Hermon had a 2-0 lead.

Keely McConomy saved 8 shots in goal for MDI while Bryanne Crouse had 5 saves for Hermon.

MDI is now 9-4 with their last regular season game scheduled for Monday, October 19th at 6 PM, when they host Ellsworth. It will be Senior Night and MDI's seniors, Opal Curless, Keely McConomy and Julianna Cleaves will be honored prior to the game.

Hermon is now 11-0-2 and plays their last regular season game Monday, October 19th at 4 PM at Foxcroft Academy.
