Guy Who Eats Nails Is as Tough as, Well, Nails

Cuisine may vary from country to country, but we're pretty sure China doesn't consider an item you can find at Home Depot to be one of its culinary treasures.

This man, though, does.

A man in China named Long Yunsheng eats nails. He picks them out of a dish like they're cocktail peanuts and chows down on them. We prefer sauteed bolts ourselves, but, hey, to each his own.

He learned how to eat the nails from a circus performer years ago. Us? We'd be more interested in learning how clowns get around with those giant shoes, but apparently the circus fascinates everyone in different ways.
