Card Has 2 Double-Doubles In Weekend’s Wins

Former Ellsworth Eagle Morgan Card had 2 double-doubles as the UMaine Augusta Moose improved to 15-6 overall and 8-0 in the conference as the UMaine Augusta Women's Basketball Team beat Hampshire on Saturday, January 23rd 85-24 and UMPI on Sunday, January 24th 72-31.

In Saturday's win, Card had 14 points and 11 rebounds in 26 minutes. She also had 2 steals and was a near perfect 6-7 from the free throw line.

In Sunday's win, Card had 10 points and 11 rebounds in 32 minutes. She was a perfect 4-4 from the free throw line.

UMaine Augusta is on the road this week, playing at Southern Maine Community College on Wednesday, January 27th and then at Vermont Tech on Sunday, January 31st.
