1st Annual Trojan 3 on 3 Summer Basketball League

Have you driven by MDI High School and seen the construction by the baseball field? MDI High School is putting in new outdoor basketball courts, which will be used for the 1st Annual 3 on 3 Summer Basketball League. Games are tentatively scheduled for Thursdays in July on July 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.

Teams will play 3 to 4 games per night with a tournament on the final day. The cost is $50.00 per player which includes a team shirt and referee's fees.

Ideally there will be enough interest to have a boy's and girl's league with multiple divisions ie 6th and 7th grade and 8th and 9th grade (Grade is base on what grade the student will be in the 2021-22 year).

Players will sign up individually and coaches will pick teams. Teams will consist of 4 players and there will be a set rotation so players will get quality minutes.

Note - Bernard Parady Gymnasium will be closed to the public and teams use this summer as the floor will be refinished over the summer.
