Zoo’s Hilarious ‘Fake Animal Facts’ Will Raise Your Distrust of Our Furry, Feathered Friends

This zoo is spreading some serious(ly funny) misinformation about its animals.

Facebook comedian Obvious Plant, not far removed from having some laughs on Father's Day, has turned his attention to the animal kingdom by putting up posters at the Los Angeles Zoo full of funny, but fake, facts.

It's unclear how long the photos remained up for visitors to see and faux educate themselves by reading or if Obvious Plant -- real name Jeff Wysaski -- faced the wraith of zoo officials or the police. Because here's a fun fact about humans: when you go to the zoo and plaster fake signs all over the place, authority figures will scold you.
