Think Pink! Southwest Harbor’s Flamingo Festival Is This Weekend July 11-13

Think Pink! The Town of Southwest Harbor will be turning pink this week with the return of the Annual Harbor House Flamingo Festival July 11-13.

Flamingos are available for purchase at the Harbor House in Southwest Harbor Monday-Friday 8:30 to 4 p.m. Be sure to get your original Din Featherstone Flamingo box set of 2 for $30.00

This year's theme is "On the Wild Southwest Quietside".

Here's what's happening.

Saturday July 11th

• 7:30 - 9 a.m. Pancake Breakfast Under the Tent $8.00 per person or until sold out.
• 9:15 a.m. - Flamingo Parade
• 10 -12 Noon - Kids Carnival Games, Bounce House
• 10 - 2 p.m. - Craft Fair
• 11 a.m - 1 p.m. - Coast Guard Open House
• 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Southwest Harbor Public Library Book Sale
• 12 - 4 p.m. - Open House at the Southwest Harbor Historical Society Meeting House on Seawall Road.

Sunday July 12th

• 10 - 2 p.m. Craft Fair
• 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Southwest Harbor Public Library Book Sale
• 1 - 3 p.m. Open House at the Southwest Harbor Historical Society Meeting House on the Seawall Road.
• 5 - 7 p.m. Polo and Yacht Club Cocktail Party at the Causeway Club Barn $50.00 per person. Includes 2 drink tickets, hors d'ouevres and dancing to the "Seal Harbor Boys". Tickets available to purchase at the Harbor House or by clicking HERE 

Monday July 13

• 7:30 p.m. Flash in the Pans! Steel Drum Band concert on the Pemetic Green. $5.00 suggested donation per person.
