SW Harbor Tip-A-Cop Event To Benefit Special Olympics

Here's a tasty way to help out the Special Olympics Of Maine!

The Southwest Harbor Police Department will host a "Tip-A-Cop" event this Saturday from 7am until 2pm at Brandon & Laura's Cafe, 11 Seal Cove Road in Southwest Harbor!

No, it's not like "tipping cows", and the cops waiting tables that day don't need to know what your uncle may be up to.  "Tip-A-Cop" is just that!  When you're done eating hand over a monetary donation the officer waiting on you and the money will go to good use!

Special Olympics Maine just held their very successful State Summer Games at the University of Maine earlier this month, but the fundraising continues all year for this very worthy cause!
