The Ellsworth Recall Committee's petition drive has fallen short of their 1279 valid signature threshold according to Amy Kenney, the Communications Director for the City of Ellsworth.

According to Kenney "The clerks are still reviewing the submission in consultation with legal counsel and will provide additional guidance soon as to next steps regarding the 1279 valid signature threshold and how Section 5.10 (b) applies to this process.

  • Patrick Lyons: 888 signatures as annotated upon submission of the petitions and 886 signatures as counted by the Clerks.
  • Marinna Smith: 889 signatures as annotated upon submission of the petitions and 888 signatures as counted by the Clerks.
  • Carol Patterson-Martineau: 895 signatures as annotated upon submission of the petitions and 894 signatures as counted by the Clerks.
  • Nancy Smith: 895 signatures as annotated upon submission of the petitions and 896 signatures as counted by the Clerks.
  • Tabatha White: 880 signatures as annotated upon submission of the petitions and 881 signatures as counted by the Clerks. "
