St. Peter Commits to Husson

Ellsworth Eagle Senior Bruce St. Peter has committed to attend Husson University beginning in the Fall of 2016 according to a press release issued by Husson University.  St. Peter's ties to Husson run deep , as his mother, Jill St. Peter graduated from and played for the Husson Women's Basketball Team and his grandfather Bruce MacGregor coached the Husson University Men's Basketball Team and Golf Team.

Bruce St. Peter was a standout basketball and soccer player for the Ellsworth Eagles. He averaged 14.5 points and 10.0 rebounds per game for the basketball team. According to the press release, Husson University Men's Basketball Coach Warren Caruso stated  "Bruce is like family and we are excited to have him join our program, Bruce had a terrific senior season and continues to develop.  He plays hard and does a lot of the dirty work which helps a team win.  His best basketball is in front of him."
