The Boston Red Sox snapped their 4-game losing streak, beating the Toronto Blue Jays Tuesday night 6-3 at Fenway Park.
Jarren Duran started the scoring for the Red Sox as he hit a lead-off homer, his 20th of the season in the 1st inning. By the time the inning was over the Red Sox were up 3-0.
Wilyer Abreu was 2-4 with a double and run batted in. He has 29 runs batted in, in his last 38 games since July 9th and is batting .295 with 11 doubles and 8 homers during that time. Triston Casa was 1-3 and hit a RBI double in the 5th inning when the Red Sox scored 3 more runs.
Masataka Yoshida was 1-4 driving in 2 runs.
In the field Wilyer Abreu had 1 outfield assist and Jarren Duran 2 assists.
