EHS Grad – Sarah Marckoon Where Is She Now?

Continuing our series in what Ellsworth, MDI and Bucksport graduates are doing, we turn our attention to Sarah Marckoon, a 2008 graduate of Ellsworth High School.

Sarah played volleyball at Ellsworth High School and thanks to Coach Mike Kelley learned to love the game. Her love of volleyball continues as she plays in co-ed leagues in Southern Maine and is currently the JV Coach at South Portland High School! In addition to playing volleyball, she also played softball for three years as well as a year on the EHS Swim and Cheering Team.

Marckoon graduated from Thomas College with a Masters in Business Administration in 2013. While at Thomas College, she played volleyball, lacrosse and tennis.

Sarah is the daughter of Stu and Bonnie Marckoon, who live in Lamoine.
