Titus is This Week’s SPCA of Hancock County’s Pet of the Week
First the good news...Sammy found his fur-ever home last week and was adopted! Now the bad news... Titus is approaching his 1 year anniversary at the shelter, and it's beyond time he finds his fur-ever home!
This sweet pittie rocks a shirt every single day to help protect his sensitive skin, and he looks so adorable doing it. Titus is a sweet and resilient pittie who lives with panniculitis, an inflammatory skin condition that makes his skin extra sensitive. To help protect him and keep him comfortable, Titus wears a shirt every day. For dogs like him, clothing isn’t just cute, it’s functional. Titus has quite the wardrobe after being at the SPCA-HC for nearly a year, but he loves to get down and dirty outside so the more back-ups, the better!
The SPCA of Hancock County is excited to share that Pittie Clothing Company is teaming up with the SPCA of Hancock County for a special 5-day collaboration! For every doggy pajama set or muscle tee purchased, Pittie Clothing will donate one to our shelter, helping dogs like Titus! Thanks to this partnership, donated PJs and tees will help not only with adorable adoption photos but also with real health benefits for pups who need that extra layer of care. Here’s how you can help:
Visit www.pittieclothing.com, shop for your favorite doggy PJs or tees (there are matching human sets too!), use code SPCAHC25 at checkout to ensure we receive a matching donation. I just ordered one for Miriam! It's a special Mother's Day T-shirt so she'll be styling for Mother's Day with I Love Mom all over it!
If you’re not looking to shop right now, consider opening your heart and home to a dog like Titus. He deserves a soft place to land… and maybe a matching pair of pajamas, too.
I'll be broadcasting from the SPCA of Hancock County on Friday from 11 to 1, so I hope to tell you more about Titus! Be sure to tune into WDEA AM 1370 on-air and online!
The SPCA of Hancock County is open to the public Tuesday-Saturday, Noon to 4 p.m. You can see all the puppies, dogs, kittens and cats available for adoption, as well as completing an adoption application by visiting their website HERE
