Bucksport Pool Going to the Dogs August 23

Fido will want you to circle this Saturday, August 23rd on the calendar! That's the day for the 4th Annual Doggy Paddle Fundraiser.

Once the Bucksport Pool closes for the season, the Bucksport Recreation/YMCA will turn the Tim Emery Pool to the dogs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's their chance to cool off, and show their best doggy paddle!

Admission is just $5.00 (minimum). All of the proceeds will be given to the Bucksport Animal Shelter in hopes to help them achieve their goal of building a new home!

Owners are asked to make sure their dogs are friendly with other dogs and to be attentive to your own pup!
