State Champion MDI Football Team to Be Honored Tuesday Night January 23

Prior to the MDI-Orono Boy's Basketball game on Tuesday night, January 23rd, the 8-Man State Champion MDI Football Team will be honored.

The Trojans shutout Greely 28-0 on Saturday, November 12th to win their 1st-ever Football Gold Ball!

Prior to the game, there will be the presentation of the State Championship Banner and also individual awards from the 2023-24 season will also be presented!

Orono comes into the game with a 10-3 record, while MDI enters with a 6-6 record. The game and the football presentations will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA, on WDEA Internet Radio, on our FREE Downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device.
