Relay For Life 2017 [PHOTOS]

Friday night, June 2nd was an emotional night as survivors, caregivers, loved ones, friends, family and those who hate cancer gathered at the Ellsworth Elementary-Middle School Track for the Hancock County Relay For Life.

Rain came pouring down and delayed the start for a few minutes, but then the skies cleared, a rainbow came out, and the survivors and caregivers took the first lap around the track. As a two time cancer survivor the opening lap is always an emotional time for me, as I choked back tears taking photos.

Relay for Life is really a family affair as you can see from the pictures!  Thank you to all who participated and donated!
