Red Sox Retro Games – 2004 and Reversing the Curse

2004 was the year that the Boston Red Sox reversed the Curse, winning their 1st World Series Championship since 1918. After losing the first 3 games to the New York Yankees in the American League Championship Series and trailing in the 9th inning in Game 4, the Red Sox came back, becoming the 1st team in Major League history to win from a 3 game postseason deficit, beating the Yankees in 7 games. The Red Sox then swept the Yankees in the 2004 World Series!
