MDI’s Miles Burr Finishes 2nd in New England Regionals in 200 Meter Dash and 400 Meter Dash

MDI High School's Miles Burr finished 2nd in the New England Regionals held at Cameron Stadium in Bangor in the 200 Meter Dash and 400 Meter Dash on Saturday, June 10th.

Burr not only set personal records in each race, but he ran the fastest time in Maine in the 2023 season in both the 200 Meter and 400 Meter Dashes.

In the 200 Meter, Burr ran a time of 21.67, just .01 of a second behind Stylz Mitchell of Xavier, Connecticut who ran a 21.66.

In the 400 Meter, Burr ran a time of 48.98 just behind Gianluca Bianchi of Greenwich, Connecticut who ran 48.07.
