MDIHS Senior Emily Carter Wins Kebo Valley Golf Club Ladies Championship

When MDI High School Senior Emily Carter returns to school on September 2nd, she will know what essay she'll write for the theme "What Did You Do This Summer?" On Thursday, August 19th Carter won the 2021 Kebo Valley Golf Club Ladies Championship!

Carter defeated Andrea Leonard in match play. She was up 3 holes with 2 holes to play when the match was called.

Carter will lead the MDI High School Golf Team this Fall. The team has started practice on Monday, August 16th. No word if she was excused from afternoon practice on Thursday. The team trains at Kebo Valley Golf Club.
