MDI Volleyball Sweeps Sumner

The MDI Volleyball Team swept Sumner Memorial High School on Tuesday, March 16th, winning in straight sets at Bernard Parady Gymnasium by the scores of 25-17, 25-9, and 25-16.

According to MDI Head Basketball Coach, Corey Papadopoli here are the MDI stat leaders

• Victoria Del Cid: 5 aces, 1 kill, 7 assists, 2 digs
• Leah Caroll: 2 aces, 3 kills, 1 dig
• Molly Ritter: 3 aces, 3 kills, 3 digs

MDI is back in action on Friday, March 19th when they travel to Blue Hill to play the George Stevens Academy Eagles with the JV White team playing at 4:30 and the Varsity team playing at 5:30 p.m.
