Bar Harbor/Mt. Desert Police Chief David Kerns joined WDEA's Chris Popper on his 1st Day as the new Police Chief.

Chief Kerns had been the interim Chief and long-time Captain. He talked about his start working in Bar Harbor, the importance of community policing, and some of the things he'd like to see in the future.
