Ellsworth Football Honored [VIDEO]

The Ellsworth-Sumner Football team was honored Friday night, January 9th prior to the Ellsworth-Sumner Varsity Basketball game at Katsiaficas Gymnasium. The team was awarded the LTC Sportsmanship Banner for the 2014 Season.

Let's face it, not many high school athletes are going to compete in the collegiate level. What high school athletics does is teach life's lessons. It teaches competitiveness, a work ethic, time management, perseverance and sportsmanship. With this banner, it's recognition that the Ellsworth-Sumner Football Team are winners, regardless of what their football record was!
