Brief Power Outage Planned for Ellsworth Thursday

Parts of Ellsworth and Orland may experience a 5 minute power outage on Thursday morning, September 28th as line crew from Emera Maine perform maintenance on the electrical system at 9 AM.

At that time, service may be suspended for approximately 5 minutes on the Winkumpaugh Road, Happytown Road, Branchview Drive, Rocky Pond Heights, Sargent Drive and Walls Farm Way.

The public is urged to use caution, move over when possible, and pass at a safe speed if approaching utility crews working on or alongside roadways
