This video is from Sao Paolo Brazil. It would appear that a woman was having an affair with her lover when her husband returned home. As she attempted to detain him, her lover fled down the outside of the apartment, climbing down a sheet in his boxers. Sao Paolo firefighters set up a jump mat, and he jumped to safety the last story, minus his dignity!
