Whip Around Downeast Maine August 19 [PHOTOS]

Despite the forecast of mostly cloudy skies and a 50 percent chance of rain today, Thursday, August 19th, Downeast Maine was waking up to partly sunny skies, with some fog (Hey it is Fogust). Temperatures according to the Downeast Tower Cams were 65 degrees at 5:55 a.m.
