Volunteers are the lifeblood of any non-profit and that's certainly the case with the Hancock County SPCA in Trenton! They need all sorts of volunteers to help with the kittens/cats and dogs. But you just can't walk in and volunteer, you have to participate in a little training. Here are the training times in January

All volunteers are required to attend an orientation prior to attending additional training or working as a volunteer.

Thursday, January 16th 5:30pm Orientation
Thursday January 16th 6pm Cat Care Training (Allow 2 hours total)

Saturday, January, 18th 4:30pm Orientation
Saturday January 18th 5pm Cat Care Training (Allow 2 hours total)

Thursday, January 23rd 5:30pm Orientation
Thursday, January 23rd 6pm Dog 1 Training
Thursday January 23rd 7pm Dog 2 Training (Should be finished by 8:30pm)
*If you have already attended Orientation & Dog 1 Training but haven't attended Dog 2 Training, you can come just for Dog 2 Training, however space is limited!

Saturday, January 25th 4:30pm Orientation
Saturday, January 25th 5pm Dog 1 Training
Saturday January 25th 6pm Dog 2 Training (Should be finished by 7:30pm)
*If you have already attended Orientation & Dog 1 Training but haven't attended Dog 2 Training, you can come just for Dog 2 Training, however space is limited!

All training takes place at the SPCA of Hancock County located at 141 Bar Harbor Road, Trenton, ME 04605.
