Sumner’s Rachel Colby Averaging Over 25 Points Per Game in Last 3 Games

Unfortunately we don't receive a lot of information from Sumner Memorial High School, so we can't feature their accomplishments, but this morning I received a note from Girl's Basketball Coach Andrea Alley letting me know about the recent performance of senior Rachel Colby.

Colby has scored 78 points over the last 3 games, each time scoring over 20 points per game to help lead the Sumner Tigers to a 4 game winning streak. The Sumner Girls are now 7-5 on the season, and in the last 4 games they have wins over

• January 17 defeated Woodland 55-40
• January 21 defeated Shead 57-32
• January 26 defeated GSA 52-32
• January 27 defeated Searsport 61-26

The Sumner Girls are in 10th place in the Class C Heal Point Standings and next play at Jonesport Beals on February 2nd
