Sumner Boys Soccer Improves to 3-0 with Win at Deer Isle-Stonington

The Sumner Memorial Boy's Soccer Team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 13-0 victory against the Deer Isle-Stonington Mariners on Deer Isle on Monday, September 10th.

Damon Warren had 4 goals and an assist. Orlando Herreira had 3 goals and 3 assists. Silas Goldfarb had 2 goals and 4 assists. Sam Bunch, Eduardo Figueroa, Elio Valencia-Jungo and Caelan Billings each had a single goal for Sumner.

Mason Plummer had 18 saves on 31 shots for Deer Isle-Stonington and Alex Rumill, Joseph Patterson and Sam Bunch combined on 4 saves on 7 shots for the shutout.

Sumner, 3-0 plays host to Machias on Thursday, September 13th at 4PM.

Deer Isle-Stonington 0-4 plays host to Searsport on Saturday, September 15th at 11AM
