SPCA of Hancock County Open House November 30th

Is your dog on Santa's nice list? Who am I kidding, of course he or she is! Who's a good boy? Who's a good girl? You'll want to bring him or her, or just the family to the SPCA of Hancock County's Holiday Open House and Cookie Sale, Saturday, November 30th.

The open house takes place at the SPCA's shelter, 141 Bar Harbor Road in Trenton from Noon to 4 on November 30th.

Santa will be there from 1 to 2, so your pet can have their photo taken with him for free.

There will also be face painting (for the humans), pet grooming and training tips, dog and cat basket raffles and treats for both people and pets. Children can help decorate holiday cards for animals and you can choose an ornament from their Angel Tree to help a shelter dog or cat.  People will also have an opportunity to meet the wonderful dogs and cats available for adoption at the SPCA

One of the highlights of the event is a holiday cookie sale with all proceeds benefiting the operation of the SPCA’s animal shelter. Mix and match your selection as the cookies are $8 a dozen or $15 for two dozen.
