Shaw and Tapley Honored

MDI Juniors Kelsey  Shaw and Sierra Tapley were named Big East Girl's Co-Players of the Week . Shaw has been the Big East Player of the Week twice, and Co-Player of the Week twice. Tapley has been the Big East Player of the Week twice and now Co-Player of the Week once.

In the three games against Ellsworth, George Steven's Academy and John Bapst Shaw had 43 points, 35 rebounds, 17 assists, 12 steals, while Tapley had 65 points, 9 rebounds, 14 assists, 12 steals.

MDI finished the regular season 18-0 and are the #1 seed in the Tourney.
