Saturday’s Storm
The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for most of Downeast Maine and Winter Storm Warning for the Greater Bangor area until 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 2nd.

In the Bar Harbor/Ellsworth area we can expect 3 to 5 inches of snow, with a combination of rain, sleet and snow throughout the day. Winds will be Easterly 15 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 30 miles per hour.
Tonight we can expect patchy blowing snow and isolated snow showers in the evening.
There is the possibility of another storm Sunday night into Monday.
