Ride Share and Car Pool MDI

Carpooling is good for the environment. In this day and age, with most families and workers traveling in multiple directions and not necessarily having enough vehicles, people are tuning to ride sharing and car pooling.

Sure MDI  has the free Island Explorer,and Bangor has the BAT buses but other than that, there isn't really a great public transportation system. That's why people are turning more and more to ride sharing and car pooling.

Now there's an organized group on Facebook Ride Share and Carpool MDI. You have to request to join, but it sounds like a good group to help put those in need in touch.
