Power Outage on MDI Due To Car Accident

There are a little over 5300 Versant Power customers without power Monday night, August 24th because of a car accident in Southwest Harbor.

Versant is aware, and are making repairs as quickly and safely as possible. Their estimated restoration time is 9:30 p.m.

Please if you are in the area, give the power crews as much room as necessary to safely restore power. Remember that power lines in the road should be considered live, and they are never ever safe to touch.
