Pick-Up of Learning Materials for Ellsworth Elementary-Middle School Parents/Students

In an effort to distribute the learning materials, we are offering two different pick up times. If you are able, we would ask that you come to the school on Monday March 23, 2020 or Tuesday March 24, 2020 to pick up materials for your student. The pickup times will be staggered by grade levels. In order to help with the flow of traffic, we would ask that you enter the car loop (Newett Circle) from Pond Ave, pulling forward as far as possible, and then exit out onto the Shore Rd. At that time you enter the car loop, you will be greeted and asked for your child’s name. The bag will then be delivered to your car. In an effort to practice good social distancing we will place the bag on the sidewalk next to your vehicle. Please keep in mind that this will take a tremendous amount of patience and kindness. We will work to get you what you need for your child as quickly as we possibly can, and we ask for your cooperation during this time. If you are unable to pick up the materials you may contact the administrators to make other arrangements. Please see the pick up schedule below.
