Pick-Up of K-6 Learning Materials from the Ellsworth Elementary Middle School

Parents, Guardians and Students should have received a letter from the Ellsworth Elementary-Middle School on Wednesday, April 8th regarding the pick-up of the next set of learning materials, which will be distributed on either Tuesday, April 14th or Wednesday, April 15th.

In order to help with the flow of traffic, you're asked to enter the car loop (Newett Circle) from Pond Avenue, pulling forward as far as possible then exit onto the Shore Road. The bag/device containing your child's materials will be placed on the sidewalk next to your vehicle.

Pick up times for Tuesday, April 14th

• 8 a.m. - 8:30  Kindergarten
• 8:45 - 9:15 Grade 1
• 9:30  10:00 Grade 2
• 10:15 - 10:45 Grade 3
• 11:00 - 11:30 Grade 4
• 11:45 - 12:15 Grade 5
• 12:30 -1:00 Grade 6

If you are unable to pick up materials on Tuesday, anyone in Grades K-6 may pick up materials on Wednesday, April 15th between 8:00 am and 10 a.m.
